Storm day scarfing.

Finished  cutting the eight by one for the scarf joints in the mahogany. Mixed up some Epoxy and clamped them together.  One side has two scarfs (three pieces) and the other side has one scarf (two pieces) to get about 16 1/2 to 17 feet lengths. I also chose to scarf them with the natural bend so that it would be bent towards the hull  the whole way along.

Off to Moncton this week to get some African Mahogany.

Pocketship finished except sailing hardware.

Have her finished except for the installation of the sailing hardware package.  Had to fix the bunks on the trailer to fit her perfectly.  She tows very well.
Had to add this link to YouTube videos of pocketship perfecto for future reference. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=giYUtFamjcU https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=giYUtFamjcU
